Although Welsh is spoken by a relatively small number of people - around 750,000 - support for the language grew during the second half of the 20th century. On 9 February 2011, a set of measures was passed making the Welsh language an officially recognized language within Wales.
Media Lingo recently translated a leaflet from English into Welsh for the Researchers in Residence scheme (funded by RCUK with support from the Wellcome Trust). Our in-house multilingual DTP-team typeset the translation and delivered the print-ready file. See also our recent projects.
